About the Role
The Group Leader’s tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Makes the care plans;
Executes administrative tasks;
Stimulates and provides support to clients with ADL activities;
Performs and provides guidance in household and/or recreational tasks.
This vacancy is for a full time position (40 hours per week) within our Sister Basilia Center Guided Living. Guided Living allows clients of a higher cognitive level to live semi-independently among others in the community. The Group Leaders place emphasis on daily guidance and care of our intellectually disabled clients with the aim to improve and maintain self-sufficiency of our clients.
The job requires:
· SPW level 4 diploma;
· Relevant work experience with intellectual disabled care;
· Knowledge of the English language. Dutch, Spanish and French are a plus.
· Is in the possession of a valid B driver’s license.
Dutch residents or permanent residence permit holders only.
